Introduction of corp

SeaRainbow Holding Corp. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “SeaRainbow”) was formerly named as “Hainan fiber factory” which was a state-owned enterprise approved by Hainan Administration of Industry and Commerce in April 1986. In September 1991, it was restructured into “Hainan chemical fiber industry corp. Ltd.”...

The Company's e-commerce started in 2000. In that year, the State Council announced "the Guidelines on urban medical and health system reforming" (Guo Ban Fa [2000] No. 16) and supporting documents requiring "in the drug purchase and sale activities, to actively adopt state-of-art electronic information network technology, to improve efficiency and reduce cost in drug distribution ". The new provision provided favorable policy environment for Searainbow’s medicine e-commerce business growth. It led to the fast development of SeaRainbow which is the leader of Chinese medicine e-commerce business.
Facing this original, great-potential industrial opportunity, SeaRainbow promptly seized it by tapping various human, material and financial resources. The Company took initiatives in various pilot projects in Hainan, Beijing medical institutions and firstly produced success outputs....
